Sygnii have the best property management
Omg I love Alisha!!!! I’m so happy to hear she’s now property management. I had the pleasure in meeting Alisha when my sister ... moved in. I’ve never experienced a property manager who is so professional but so down to earth and personable. You all did a good job by hiring her. She is Good for Business. I was interested in Columbia trails but meeting Alisha was the deciding factor to where I want to rest my head . She place a reassurance that everything will be taken care off and I didn’t get that from anywhere else I searched. Plus, seeing how happy my sis is I made the decision to join the Sygnii team this July. Alisha makes you feel apart of the team before you make the decision to join. This girl rocks! I honestly love it.
I have been living at Sygnii for about two months and I honestly love it. The price is a big high but you get what you pay ... for. The complex is quiet and clean, people are very friendly. Best decision ever was to move here.
Best decision ever was to move here. Not only are the apartments brand new and modern but the community the property management ... create is more than anyone could ask for. There are resident appreciation events, monthly resident gatherings (friends giving in November and ugly sweater party in December! ). They are super dog/pet friendly. The staff remember us and check in with us and our pups whenever we go in and say hi. They also have an amazing pool/hot tube and gym with a personal trainer 2x a week free to residents.
